Delivery & Returns

If you want to buy more than one of a particular product or multiple items, we will always combine postage & packaging costs.

Our charge is to cover the cost of postage, packaging and paper work.

All postage price is to UK Mainland only. Please enquire first for postage cost to other countries inculding Northern Ireland, Ireland, IOW, Scottish Highlands*.

Inculding the following post codes AB, IV, KW, BT, PA, PH

CW TYZACK ship most goods within 24hrs of cleared payment. (Friday-Sunday orders dispatched on Monday)

We post items Worldwide

The majority of orders are dispatched same day (up to 12pm)

Orders are dispatched on one of the following services

  1. Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Service
  2. Recorded Delivery 1st or 2nd Class
  3. Couier Company 24/48 Hour

Returns Terms & Conditions

Faulty item will be dealt with in accordance with manufacturers warranty. Any cost to send item back will be refunded. The buyer must cover all cost of items bought in error.

  • The goods must be unused, in their original packaging.
  • Goods that are heat sealed in the box cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened.
  • The goods must be recieved back within 14 days.
  • All goods sent back will be at the buyers cost exceptwhen the item is faulty or wrong item.
  • If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above the goods will be sent back to you.
  • Refund will be minus of all fees + PP. If any enquire please contact us at returns@tyzacktools.com
  • Any powertools under warranty repair after 30 days the buyer must pay for postage to send to us and £5.50 to return item back.

Damages & Delays

We can not be held responsible for any items damaged, lost or delay in the post. In these case, if you have not taken insurance (if you have taken insurance we will normally refund or replace). any claims will need to be made directly with the royamail or courier.
