The Japanese Maru Gennou is a good general purpose workshop hammer featuring two round faces. The high quality steel head if fitted to a strong Japanese oak handle.
As with all professional Japanese hammers one face of the hammers head is ground flat and the opposing face is ground to a slight convex.
